As an above comment said, it allows owners to delete bad reviews of their company. It also allows bad companies to write unlimited fake reviews about themselves. It is very rare that anyone's acct gets hacked into. Go to the forums and fine the customer care people. You will be taken care of soon. They made it where I can no longer log into my account and they would not let the review be posted. Why do they say make a review if they are not going to let you make a bad review that really is true and correct. They are scum bags and Merchant Circle is a big joke. I wonder who hacked into my two emails and put something into my computer where I could not longer even access the Merchant Circle site. It was those scum bags. I told them how someone deleted a good review on my Merchant Circle site and must have hacked into my account and they responded to me in an angry tone stating that their was no way that was possible. Not only do they have my buisiness listed without any authorization from me, but they have the wrong address, location photo and a negative review posted by someone who isnt even one of our customers. Im willing to intitiate a class action suit if anyone wants to get involved. If so, please email me at rmusk@msn.com. It time for this company to go. This is ridiculous.
